Blender (3D Motion Graphic) Artist (F/m/x)

About the Role

We are looking for a Blender Artist/ Blender 3 D Motion D esigner to help bring our digital designs to life At icon incar you are able to do more than just produce a brief. We invite you to be part of the entire creative process - visual exploration and ideation phase in particular

Working ever closer with the UI and UX designers, the Blender Artist will support all phases of the project. From exploration to asset production, 3D animations, UX concepts, and prototypes for some of the most exciting projects within the automotive and mobility industry.

We are looking for someone with a distinct feeling for teamwork, shapes, lighting and proportions, a refined understanding of timing and sequencing, a deep understanding of 3D space and can set features into motion in various styles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create impactful 3D visuals from both concept design and production-ready work.
- Support prototyping and asset production related to automotive HMI projects.
- Work to bring Visual Design explorations to life for: instrument clusters, 3D Environments and Character animation. (Depending on your skill set and expertise.)
- Work on both creative and technical HMI projects in the automotive industry.
- Work within and synchronize with an interdisciplinary team of designers.
- Confidently represent your work to all stakeholders
- Working independently or executing small projects or parts of bigger projects

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the creative industry
- Proficiency in Blender (other 3D Software a plus)
- A portfolio showing artistic and technical capabilities.
- Self-motivated, organized and collaborative team player.
- Additional knowledge of 3D/Motion software such as Cinema 4D, After Effects and third-party render engines are a plus
- Good knowledge of software skills including the Adobe CC Suite, Figma, Keynote/PPT
- Business English is required, German is a plus
- Remote or on-site possible
