**ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR (w/m/d)**
Ab sofort - Vollzeit - unbefristet.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Organisation, Abwicklung und Überwachung aller Lieferungen mithilfe des Warenwirtschaftssystems inkl. Abstimmung der notwendigen Warenverfügbarkeit
- Installationsplanung und Kostenkontrolle in Österreich und Unterstützung der Installationsplanung für Deutschland und die Schweiz
- Abwicklung des Mängelprozesses (Ersatzteilidentifikation
- und Bestellung, Kundenkommunikation und Beschwerdemanagement)
- Vollständige und selbstständige Abwicklung der Logistik im Consumerbereich
- Koordination und Kostenkontrolle der Transporte ab unseren European Distribution Center zu unseren Kunden bzw. unserem regionalen Lager
- Bearbeitung von Retouren, Rückführung von Verleih
- und Defektgeräten und Bereitstellung der notwendigen Informationen zur Rückbuchung in den Lagerbestand
- Laufende Abstimmung mit den internen Bereichen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder alternativ ein vergleichbares Studium
- Vorkenntnisse in der Logistik von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Vorgehen
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Präzise sowie pragmatische und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und Teamgeist
