**About our Ecommerce Management Team**
We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms. We build smart, cross-channel strategies that drive performance, scale, and impact for leading global brands.
We’re looking for a** Senior Media Strategist (f/m/d**) who can do just that: develop Amazon Advertising strategies that combine Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC insights into cohesive media plans. If you're tired of toggling between ad consoles and want to zoom out and shape the bigger picture, this might be the role you’ve been waiting for.
The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
- How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You craft cross-channel media strategies using Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for enterprise clients across Europe, the US, and beyond, tailored to each client's unique funnel and business objectives.
- You translate AMC data into insights and actionable media recommendations.
- You collaborate with campaign managers, analysts, and creatives to bring your strategies to life.
- You lead client communication, present complex data and strategies in a clear and impactful way, and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
- You spot performance patterns, test new approaches, and **identify untapped growth levers.**:

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Who Are You?
- You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
- You bring 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon Advertising.
- You have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), ideally also DSP, AMG, and practical experience in Amazon SEO
- You are familiar with the Amazon Marketing Cloud and understand how to extract value from AMC data.
- You possess very good Excel skills and for instance PivotTables are not new to you
- You understand the full-funnel media landscape, from upper-funnel brand awareness to conversion.
- You think strategically, communicate clearly, and love solving complex problems with data.
- You feel at ease working with enterprise clients, managing expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- You speak fluent English; German, French, or other European languages are a bonus.
