This role is remote but requires up to 40% global travel to Videojet and Veralto locations worldwide.

No two days are the same—each day brings new challenges and evolving responsibilities:

- Design and adapt VES innovation tools, in partnership with the VES Office, to streamline the introduction of new products and innovations with high quality and clear, differentiating value. Enable innovations to reach the market quickly and efficiently.
- Facilitate Policy Deployment Initiatives that advance Videojet’s strategies for new Product Development and Commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and L1 leaders to ensure innovation projects are directly linked to business outcomes.
- Develop and refine tools to help teams and leaders make informed, strategic decisions, creating product development portfolios that balance the company’s long-term and short-term needs.
- Create, adapt, and train teams on project-level tools so they can make informed choices about cost, features, and time-to-market.
- Manage the Innovation Kaizen funnel.
- Oversee the Innovation Certified Practitioner pipeline.
- Lead by example by visiting sites globally to learn, teach, and help each location become a Veralto benchmark for Innovation VES tools.
- Implement and optimize Open Innovation processes to support teams in building and managing external development collaborations.
- Support the development of VES tools that enable successful execution of our product strategy.

Essential requirements for the job include:

- At least 10 years of experience in research and development or engineering, with a proven record of leading innovative teams in high-technology industries.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a matrixed organization and achieve results through proactive collaboration and clear, professional communication with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to manage by influence and build trust with other R&D leaders, cross-functional partners, and Veralto VES leadership.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing and operating within complex organizations.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
