Datacenter Technician

Our client in the **Computer Hardware Manufacturing Industry **are looking for a motivated **DataCentre Technician Team Lead (S4)** to join their site in **Berlin**, Germany

This is a 12 month contract position, 5x a week on site with no on call hours. This role is offering 32-35 euros per hour.

**Must Have**
- 5+ years of experience working in a datacentre technician role
- Experience managing and/or mentoring technicians in previous role
- Extensive hands-on server hardware experience supporting the server refresh lifecycle - installing, replacing, decommissioning physical servers and any components or system-type failures
- Windows Server OS & WinPE OS administration experience
- Basic Linux and Windows scripting experience
- The ability to lift up to 35 pounds when necessary
- The ability to safely climb ladders when necessary
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed business requirements
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both in a collaborative team environment but also as an individual contributor
- English fluency
