**A job you will love**
The product owner will support the overall strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for products of the AGM Suite in Germany in order to effectively maximize the value of our products.
**What are your tasks?**
- support product strategy and roadmaps based on market needs, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and company goals
- Define product features and functionality aligned with the product vision
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams
- Monitor and analyse product metrics to measure success, fine-tune features, and identify new opportunities
- Owning the Product Backlog and respective priorities and managing delivery in conjunction with the Scrum Master strictly adhering to and evangelizing the agile model
- Work closely with the regional business heads to align business strategy with product vision and roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally Stay up-to-date on technology trends, industry best practices, and the competitive landscape
**What do you bring to the table?**
- 5+ years experience in a product owner or related role
- Fluent in German and English
- Technical background with an understanding of software and web technologies
- Experience bringing digital products to market and managing them post-launch
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial drive and bias for action
- Experience with Agile development methodologies BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
