**Your Mission**:

- **Plan and execute** high-visibility startup and science meet-ups in close collaboration with the Marketing & Event Manager, covering concept design, logistics coordination, stakeholder management, and smooth on-site delivery.
- ** RepresentTUM Venture Labs** Software/AI at innovation-ecosystem events, actively networking, pitching our programs, and gathering insights to strengthen partnerships and community visibility.
- ** Drive communication and marketing** of our existing offers for students, scientists, and start-up founders by crafting targeted content, managing digital channels, and monitoring performance to maximize reach and engagement.

**Your Profile**:

- Master Student with practical working experience as a working student, intern, or junior researcher.
- Study background in business / entrepreneurship, computer sciences or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with clear enthusiasm for deep-tech innovation and the ability to work self-reliantly on new topics.
- Motivation and openness to get to know the emerging startup region of Heilbronn and to work with a team and stakeholders at the campus in Heilbronn on site.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and basic communication skills in German with a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Practical experience in content creation: social media management, design tools, video editing.
- A creative mind and strong eye for design and storytelling - you're not just planning content, but also able to execute it visually.
