For our Duty Free Shop at Hamburg Airport, we are looking for several part-time (at least 81.5 hours per month)**Retail Operations Employee**

Your new job includes
- As a member of our family-run group of companies, you will delight our international customers with excellent product ranges, your expert advice and your warm hospitality. As a salesperson in the Liqueur, Tabacco & Confectionery department in our Heinemann Duty Free Shop you will be- approach travelers proactively, openly and with a smile, discover their needs and inspire them to make additional purchases with our range of high-quality brands
- ensure the perfect presentation of merchandise with your flair for detail and turn every purchase into an unforgettable shopping experience through your dedicated advice and attentive service
- turn travelers into loyal customers by convincing them of Heinemann and our customer program
- living our Heinemann culture, contributing to your team both humanly and professionally, sharing your knowledge and driving mutual success
- paid according to the retail wage scale and receive 30 days of vacation as well as Christmas and vacation bonuses

What you should bring along
- Practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented environment
- Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally one other foreign language
- Noticeable pleasure in dealing with customers and colleagues, a natural service orientation and a talent for creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere
- A strong team player mentality and strengths in communication and sales - especially the ability to understand and serve the needs of an international audience through active listening
- A clear focus on achieving your goals and an awareness of your autonomous scope of action
- A flexibility in terms of early, late and weekend shifts
