**Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented working student to provide essential support in master data management and audit program administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience within a highly regulated industry while contributing to critical administrative functions.

Master Data Management Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records for applicable databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize master data processes and improve data quality.

Audit Program Activities Support : Assist in internal and third-party audit planning, scheduling, and tracking.

**Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GxP, ISO 9001) is a plus. Proficient in English, second language is a plus.

Additional Information:
Flexible hours, 15-20 hours per week.
