We are looking for a **Head of Marketing (M/F/d) **who will actively support us with their skills and talents to shape the mission and future of FLEXOO

**Your Role**:

- You are responsible for the development and coordination of the general marketing strategy/guidelines of FLEXOO GmbH with all relevant stakeholders and deriving the marketing actions
- You are responsible for the creation of content for (online) articles, brochures, presentations and videos as well as for the creation of newsletters
- You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our website based on a business area and brand-specific online content strategy as well as the creation of SEO-optimized texts
- You are responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of trade fairs and events in coordination with our business development team

**Your Profile**:

- You have a successfully completed degree in marketing or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
- You are a strong communicator and have a high level of initiative
- You enjoy bringing people together and working with different interest groups
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
