Bp & Design Segment Specialist Dach

Are you ready to make a significant impact on a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking a talented BP & Design Segment Specialist DACH who will be accountable for developing, implementing, leading, and executing the regional strategy and market plans for Building Products and Design segments for DACH region.

Key measured metrics includes sales growth, profitability management & improvement, and product pipeline management and opportunity pipeline development.

The position provides strategic direction & leadership for counterparts and team members Sales, Business Development, R&D and Product Management within the DACH Region. Gaining and keeping alignment of cross-functional teams to drive strategy execution is critical.

On top of this regional responsibility, the Segment Specialist will support the Building Segment Manager as Data Analyst and Project manager for activation campaigns, Competitive Intelligence, Approved Coater Network, Warranty program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute DACH strategy in alignment with global initiatives, including sub-segment execution plans
- Coordinate DACH sales, R&D, and product management resources to drive growth, setting key financial and operational metrics such as sales and margin growth
- Empower the commercial team with training and support to accelerate opportunity identification and deal closing
- Maintain close relationships with key customers for market insights and support sales in positioning the right products for target segments
- Lead efforts to increase Sherwin-Williams brand awareness in DACH through industry relationships, influencers, and associations
- Manage DACH Product Activation Plan, including campaign execution, sales opportunities, and stocking programs
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive product innovation and differentiation in the marketplace
- Develop marketing tools, training modules, and webinars to support the EMEAI Sales Organization and enhance customer value propositions

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent (MBA preferred)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment
- 10-15 years industry experience
- Previous sales or marketing B2B experience
- Strong organization, analytical, time management and communications skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (English and German - any other languages highly preferred)
- Project Management and People Management skills
