**Specialist, Business Application Management**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This role entails participation in the 24/7 on-call support.

**You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list)**:

- Concept and implementation of user workshops to capture requirements, including the creation of change requests
- Cooperation with business process managers, providing advice and joint coordination, as well as prioritization of requirements testing and acceptance
- Managing external IT service providers and evaluating their solution concepts

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
- Proven experience in IT project management
- Proven experience in process design and thinking
- Proven experience in IT-focused managed services delivery with both onshore and offshore resources
- High level of written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

**Competencies**:

- Ability to clearly communicate and document solutions to both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage working across concurrent projects at different stages of completion
- Ability to be flexible and deal with changing priorities and timelines/due dates
- Performs tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about exploring new IT infrastructure and components
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently as required
- Ability to integrate into cross-functional and/or virtual project teams
- Highly interested in software validation and software quality
