**First Nautical Officer on Board (M/F/d)**
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for navigating and manoeuvring the ship and operating the technical equipment
- Liable for ensuring the ship’s safety and for protecting the environment
- Monitoring compliance with company-wide regulations and quality control systems
- Function as a host and a representative at the same time
- Watch leader on watch as per schedule
- Responsible for the education and professional growth of his Junior Officers/Cadet Officers as well as involvement of his own duties both during and while off watch and over viewing his off watch activities

**Your Profile**:

- Diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility and verifiable seafaring time, ideally on cruise vessels
- Certified as management level Deck Officer in accordance with STCW 95, STCW II/2
- Extensive experience in leading positions on board ships and solid experience in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment
- Excellent knowledge of all national and international safety and environmental regulations
- Very good English and ideally Italian skills as well as proficient computer skills including MS Office
