Our vision is to save critical resources and create a better planet for future generations through a sustainable circular economy. **Job Summary** This is an exciting role for an experienced and passionate Auditor who will be a part of multi-national team, reporting to Quality Manager. In this role you will ensure our operations comply with all legal and business requirements, performing of internal audits according to ISO norms, and ensure key process reviews. We are currently looking for an experienced: **Internal Auditor (M/F/d)** **Your key responsibilities**: In this role, you will lead, coordinate and participate in preparation and execution of internal audits projects (ISO audits based on ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, EfB, operational audits) within our company globally. As an internal auditor you will be responsible for identifying and assessing risk and ensuring management has designed and maintains a comprehensive and robust control environment in our global company. **Responsibilities** - Planning, scoping and performing of internal audits across Europe, Americas and Asia based on ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 norms. - Focus audit work on key risk areas of the business. - Be a key member of the quality management team. - Ensure clear and timely communication of issues identified to the top management - Identify accurate and pragmatic audit observations and recommendations for control improvement. - Share findings with management both verbally and in written format. - Factually defend and support audit findings to both entity and Divisional Management. - Ensure quality of work papers and support in accordance with RLG policies. - Independent preparation, coordination, and performance of Internal Audits worldwide (field and remotely) to evaluate the Risk Management and Internal Control Systems in place - Analysis and evaluation of the controls of business processes and of the internal control framework, as well as early recognition and identification of risks - Lead special audits - Preparation and finalization of audit reports and their communication to management - Support for the follow-up monitoring and reporting to management - Support for special projects and consulting projects - Continuous development of the audit programs in coordination with the process champions **Your Profile**: - At least 5 years of professional audit experience (Internal Audit and/or External Audit) - Pronounced analytical competence, as well as a structured way of thinking and working - Experience with data analytics would be a plus - Experienced use of MS-Office and Confluence - Distinctive team spirit - Good knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: ISO, EfB. - Certifications ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or other equivalent is a plus. - Proven track record within the service industry, an agile mindset and customer & service orientation. - Experienced in Project Management, Agile methodology and Scrum framework. - Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration - CIA or comparable professional exams are advantageous - Willingness to Travel (ca. 10% of the time) - Excellent English and German skills, other foreign languages are an advantage **You will find this perspective with us**: We offer you a future-proof job in our constantly growing company, where you can make an active contribution to the sustainable use of resources and direct environmental protection for a better common future, true to our maxim "Return to Value".
