**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist Operations (M/F/d), **you will own the talent acquisition activities for FERNRIDE's Operations vertical and support the FERNRIDE Talent Acquisition team to reach a world-class calibre. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, working very closely with your colleagues in sourcing, the unit leaders and the P&C Partnering team to engage, attract and hire the best talent that will help our organization become a top employer of choice in Germany and one of the most incredible tech companies in Europe.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to talent acquisition that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within FERNRIDEs goals
- Act as a partner on eye level to FERNRIDEs senior management in hiring top talent and advising on the hiring process, best practices, compensation, and other HR related matters

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement and drive process improvement initiatives
- High attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, analytical skills, and a get-things-done mindset
- Business fluency in both German and English
