Are you a creative and organized student with a passion for social media and beauty? We're looking for a Working Student to support our social media department of 10 creative colleagues. If you have excellent communication skills in German and English and a knack for social media, we'd love to hear from you

**What you can expect in this role**:

- You will support our social media team in the daily business by taking over operational tasks, getting insights into community management or creative brainstorming sessions
- Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and planning of content for our different platforms
- You will create briefings for our graphics and visual production team
- Also, you will support the preparation of campaigns, events and recurring social media activities and accompany internal and external events and video productions
- You will organize raffles and arrange product deliveries to influencers that collaborate with flaconi
- Moreover, you will research topics and provide ideas for new social media content

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Enrolled at a university for at least one year. Ideally, your studies are in the fields of Media, Communication, Marketing, Economics or similar
- Excellent German and English language skills, paired with very good communication skills
- You have a passion for beauty and social media and are familiar with the different platforms
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- You are quick in grasping and putting things into action
- First practical touchpoints with social media, digital marketing or content creation are a plus
