Procurement Specialist

As a **Procurement Specialist**, you’ll handle both stock and customer-specific procurement, analyze data to make purchasing decisions, and collaborate with suppliers to maximize value. This is a more strategic and analytical role for someone with deeper procurement experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procure supplier products and manage inventory levels
- Negotiate with suppliers and support cost optimization
- Resolve supplier and accounting issues
- Identify training and process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

**What we’re looking for**:

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong negotiation and procurement knowledge
- Experience with MRP systems (Oracle a plus)
- Confident communicator and critical thinker
- Experience in distribution and manufacturing is considered as a plus

**Experience & Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field + 2 years’ experience **OR**
- At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience

- Germany: 4.000 - 4.300 EUR gross per month
- Poland: 2.100 EUR gross per month
