Billing Order Management Officer

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven **Billing Order Management Officer** to join our Mauritius finance team.

**Your contribution**:

- Support and resolve billing and accounts receivable enquiries and requests from both external customers and internal teams, spread across several geographies, in a timely manner;
- Identify improvements and efficiencies around order to cash process, including drafting process documentations and workflows;
- Work closely with Aryza's One Global Finance Team by preparing, presenting and discussing billing reports with a view to develop strategies to collect overdue funds from customers;
- Ensure follow ups and recovery of payments for services are in accordance with credit terms offered;
- Support the month-end close reporting requirement related to the revenue cycle, including revenue, accounts receivable, deferred revenue and bad debt;
- Assist with audit requests, ad-hoc projects and system implementations;
- Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.

**What makes you stand out**:
**Qualification & Experience**:

- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge and exposure to accounting softwares
- NetSuite will be an advantage;
- Proficient in data entry and management of data.

**Knowledge**:

- Accounting Software (Netsuite);
- Microsoft Office: Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint);
- Advanced Excel (required).

**Skills & Other competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and customer service mindset;
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
- Ability to take full ownership of the accounts receivable and collections duties;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, high attention to details and discipline;
- Proven experience in billing and order management.
