As a working student HR/People, you will be responsible mainly for recruiting and employer branding, as well as supporting our People Team for onboarding and events. If you have extra capacity and are interested, you are welcome to learn and get your first step into other people operation related tasks.

**DEINE ROLLE**
- You advise and support hiring managers throughout the whole recruiting process.
- You think of creative ways to promote OptioPay as an employer via social media, recruiting events etc.
- You have an eye for details and always try to improve efficiency by improving processes and technologies.
- You support other People functions and day to day business if needed.
- You are enrolled as a student majoring in human resources, business administrations, psychology or comparable.
- You are available as a working student for **at least 6 months**, preferably 1 year.
- You bring a passion for people and culture and ideally you already have some practical experience in recruitment, active sourcing, employer branding in a fast-paced environment.
- You are tech savvy and can easily learn different tools eg. Recruitee, Personio etc.
- You are detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and are not afraid of navigating yourself in new situations.
- You have excellent communication skills and are **fluent in German and English**.
- You have an eligible work permit to be considered for this position.
