**Your Job**

**What you do**
- Assist with live webinars, contributing to visual creation, newsletters, website content, and live streaming
- Assist with copywriting & basic editing
- Support with campaign creation and implementation
- Assist with initially uploading content to TYPO3 pages
- Assist with sales material content updates and German translations for sales materials (Bonus)
- Support our global events and trade shows, from preparation to execution and follow-up
- Manage our global merchandise assortment
- Assist with ad hoc tasks in Salesforce
- Be an integral part of global project teams, supporting day-to-day business in event marketing

**Your Skills**

**Who you are**
- A natural communicator with strong organizational skills and a sense of accountability
- English on a fluent / C2 level; German is a plus
- Currently studying marketing, communications, or a related field
- Some experience in marketing writing with a strong sense for language and tone
- Have a keen eye for design and an understanding of visual elements
- Excel at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong collaborator who enjoys contributing ideas and working with international teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Teams)
- Our tech stack includes: Figma, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Confluence, Jira, Braze and other tools/platforms. Bonus if you have experience with any of these tools or a strong ability to learn new software.
- Previous experience from internships or working student positions is a bonus
- Availability to work 20 hours per week
- Willingness to work in our Hamburg office for projects and webinars
