**Your mission**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process for a variety of projects, from concept to launch, and driving the strategic direction of our UX design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for a variety of projects, from concept to launch.
- Develop and communicate a clear design vision and strategy for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to make informed design decisions.
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
- Build up and maintain our design systems.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a variety of devices and platforms.
- Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Mentor and guide mid-level designers on the team.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in a software or technology company
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design skills and leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience leading UX design efforts for large-scale projects
- A solid command of English is required, German is a plus
