Quality Management Expert

We are looking for a Quality Management Expert, who will validate digital products from several perspectives in our “Vehicle Solutions and Data” Portfolio. In this portfolio we work in small cross-functional and local product teams across the globe, close to our target group, to develop and launch market-specific solutions. At the same time, global collaboration and synergies based on lean and data-driven processes are key to our success. You, as the Quality Management Expert, will be based in Germany. You will be responsible for the plan and the execution of quality checks to measure and assure the expected quality of digital products prior to the Go Live upfront customers. You will guide the team in making the best implementation decisions from a quality perspective and support in finding optimal solutions for digital products - aligned with all involved stakeholders. Your responsibility will span across the validation of Software Update campaigns and premium customized Porsche Services as well as the continuous optimization of the quality check framework in general. WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE - Collaborating with product teams in different locations to ensure the integration of market ready software solutions - Developing a quality check strategy focusing on the best possible assurance both within the Vehicle Solutions and Data Portfolio as well as specifically for Software Update campaigns - Identifying and considering framework conditions in Software Update campaigns - Assuring the implementation of Porsche quality expectations and requirements - Planning the execution of quality checks and their repetition - Preparing quality checks and ensuring the availability of all necessary resources and preconditions - Carrying out quality checks on vehicles and documenting the results in an agreed manner - Researching into the root cause of system behaviors - Reporting regularly in aggregated form to stakeholders - Deriving learnings from the different projects to continuously optimize the quality check and implementation strategy for further vehicle-related products WHAT YOU BRING ALONG - 2+ years of professional experience in the field of automotive electronics or software development experience in an automotive context - Experience in complex projects in a quality management role - Experience in planning and executing end-to-end quality checks from a customer point of view in vehicles - Flexibility to work both independently as a pro-active problem solver as well as collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver on a common goal - Familiarity with agile methodologies and customer-centric product development - Advanced communication and organizational skills - Strong analytic thinking with an innovative approach - Automotive communication protocols know-how, e.g. CAN/LIN/Flexray/Ethernet architecture will be an advantage - Knowledge of smartphone app ecosystems and Android preferred - Hands-on experience with Porsche vehicle architecture and diagnostic systems is a plus WHAT AWAITS YOU - Passionate people who do what they love - „Every Voice matter" attitude - Culture of Growth and Learning - "Be the change you want to see in the company" - Family-friendly working environment - Secure working place in every stage of life - Trainings according to your individual needs - Team events and exchange with all kinds of colleagues - Start-up mentality with the safety of a corporate - Cool and start-up authentic working environment and equipment WHAT COMES NEXT
