**Position title**: Graphic Designer - Marmot
**Location**: Frankfurt area - Hattersheim am Main (hybrid working)
**Reports to**: Senior Manager, Brand Marketing & Communications
**Contract type**: Permanent, full-time

**Job summary**

As a Graphic Designer you will implement the online and offline presence of our **Marmot** brand in Europe, Middle East & Africa. You will closely cooperate with the global marketing team, adapting global designs to regional needs. You will design all advertising materials according to corporate guidelines. Your role will also include cooperation with local marketing and sales teams, external service providers, and customers. You will be part of a team of 5 people, working in a multicultural matrix organization.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Creation of seasonal sales documents (digital and print)
- Seasonal implementation of digital advertising measures with key accounts
- Creative development and design of seasonal brand and product campaigns
- Graphic support for social media and digital advertising
- Development of Point of Purchase (POP) collateral and training materials
- Creation of the seasonal B2B product catalog as well as technical training materials (tech manual) using Adobe InDesign
- Editing and provision of all product images for the current season incl. editing/retouching of action/studio images, briefing of photographers, briefing and selection of photo shoots activities
- Graphic support for store systems, visual merchandising for trade fairs, key accounts and events

**Minimum requirements**:

- Completed studies in the field of graphic/design or completed training in graphic, media or communications design
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of conception and creation of cross-channel communications (print media and digital)
- Advanced **InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud** software experience
- Strong product photography retouching/editing experience
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the field of sports/outdoor/fashion as well as e-commerce desirable
- Organisational and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail for layout and typography
- Understanding of visual storytelling and marketing
- Outgoing and enthusiastic team player
- Video editing/motion graphic experience would be an advantage
- You smile at work - more than once a day
