Procurement Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Actively shape the future of energy technology as a strategic buyer Optimize procurement processes and negotiate contracts in order to realize sustainable savings potential. Strengthen our supplier relationships and make a significant contribution to the further development of our international purchasing strategy. Be part of a team that shapes the energy technology of tomorrow - Provide professional support to our suppliers, including negotiating and concluding contracts - Organization and implementation of annual meetings - Reliable process optimization including implementation of improvement measures in the event of problems in operational procurement - Competent identification and implementation of potential savings - Support and collaboration in our category management for cross-location suppliers - Carrying out occasional international business trips to strengthen global partnerships and business relationships

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Successful university degree in a technical or economic field, ideally in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
- Relevant professional experience in strategic purchasing
- Sound know-how in the basics of contract law
- Knowledge of SAP MM and an affinity for IT tools such as SAP Ariba and Power BI
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Ability to adapt to other cultures and establish resilient business relationships
