SAWOO is a young and fast-growing company from Munich (Germany), which operates 100% remotely. We enable leaders in B2B companies to drive Thought Leadership, Sales & Recruiting via LinkedIn.

- Your area would be the SCL (SOCIAL CONTENT & LEAD PROGRAM) team, where we, for each client:
1. Set up a Podcast show.
2. Invite the relevant decision makers of their “big whale” target clients as interview guests. - Every podcast episode creates a great relationship between the host and the guest.
3. Repurpose each podcast episode into snackable LinkedIn content that gets lots of reach and engagement from the target group. - This leads to our client getting recognized, as a Thought Leader in his field.

Siemens Advanta, Alvarez & Marsal, Bitkom, Getec, Speedinvest and McDermott Will & Emery
Tasks
- You follow our process to screen long-form content (mainly podcast interview transcripts) to select the most suitable parts for social media posts.
- You leverage our templates to craft posts for LinkedIn that will be distributed via the podcasts' page. A) You write Text-Posts, and B) you collaborate with our Graphic-Team to create Video-Content, Pictures, Slides, etc.
- You follow our process to create compelling B2B E-Mail newsletters and/or Blog posts
- You work closely with our clients to deliver the best content for them

- Our main goal is to create content that resonates with our client's target customers (other decision-makers of B2B companies), and in the best case results in winning them as leads.
**Requirements**:
- You’re a German or English native speaker
- If you are a native German speaker, your English should be at least C1 level
- You’re familiar with writing content for B2B. In the best case, you’ve already created posts for LinkedIn, Blog Posts, or E-Mail Newsletters
- You know how to research a wide variety of industry and specialist topics
- You work very precisely and are detail-oriented
- You are proactive and can navigate a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
- You are open to feedback and new ideas, want to develop yourself further
- You like to work with a proven process and do not need to express creativity in each content piece you create

- Proficient in German, if you are a native English speaker
- You know your way around SEO optimized Blog Posting or E-Mail Newsletters
- Experience with podcasts
