Du und dein Team arbeiten ungestört und ohne Kundenkontakt in einer top ausgestatteten Werkstatt, in der es ausschließlich um die Fahrräder geht. Durch die große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen E-Bikes (Speedbikes, Mountainbikes, Citybikes, Lastenfahrräder; stark gebraucht bis fast neu) bleibt die Tätigkeit abwechslungsreich und fordernd.

**Diese Aufgaben hast du als Werkstattleiter/in in Berlin**:

- Du baust ein erfolgreiches Teams von Zweiradmechanikern auf
- Du übernimmst die Leitung des Teams
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Inspektion, Reparatur und Qualitätskontrolle von einer Vielzahl verschiedenster E-Bike Marken und Modellen
- Du bereitest mit deinem Team E-Bikes für die Auslieferung an unsere Kunden vor und hältst die bestehende Flotte in Schuss
- Du bringst dein Fachwissen bei Hardware und Software ein und arbeitest daran unseren Service und unsere E-Bikes stetig zu verbessern
- Du bist ein essentieller Bestandteil unseres Teams sein bringst deine Ideen für die Optimierung der Werkstatt und des operativen Geschäfts ein

**Diese Fähigkeiten bringst du mit**:

- Du hast Erfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker/in, Zweiradmechaniker/in, Zweiradmechatroniker/in, Kfz-Mechaniker/in oder hast mechanische/handwerkliche Erfahrung aus einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Idealerweise hast du eine der entsprechenden Berufsausbildungen. Wir freuen uns aber auch über Quereinsteiger/innen mit einem soliden Verständnis für (E-)Bike-Reparaturen
- Organisationstalent und Spaß am gründlichen Arbeiten
- Freude am Ausprobieren neuer Reparaturprozesse und deren stetiger Verbesserung
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung darin ein Team zu führen oder als Senior Mechaniker einen Teil der Verantwortung zu tragen
- Gute Deutsch
- und/oder Englischkenntnisse

- Du wirst zum absoluten Profi im E-Bike Markt, weil du fast jedes Fahrrad in deiner Werkstatt gesehen hast
