Staff Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Staff Product designer to join our team, focusing on the complex payments system for our food delivery rider app and our back office Saas tools. You will play a critical role in designing intuitive, efficient, and secure payment experiences for our rider community. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and our local and global stakeholders to understand user needs, define product requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Mission:
- Lead and actively participate in foundational user research and analysis, including translation into product implications and new ideas and incorporate data analysis into your concepts.- Design intuitive back-office tools for managers to set payment rules, manage rider earnings, and streamline payment processes. Ensure that these tools empower managers to create payment rules that align with business objectives while maintaining fairness and transparency for riders.- Continuously analyse payment data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency, reliability, and security of payment processes for riders.- Facilitate workshops and run presentations in the scope of the product/project to facilitate discussions.- Manage different stakeholder needs and articulate design decisions, grounded in customer centricity, business and technical parameters and solid design theories.- Contribute to our growing Design system.- Support and mentor junior designers.- Create feasible design roadmaps in collaboration with other designers and PMs.

Your Heroic Skills:
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach, problem solving skills and attention to detail- Demonstrate clear excellence in at least two areas: UX, Visual Design or Research- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Visual/UI Design and Figma with tech & development in Scrum or Kanban teams- Experience working on products/services across multiple platforms and regions- Experience of leading and mentoring other designers- User-centric focus with a strong understanding of designing platforms for B2B experiences- Obsessed with understanding the needs of the users of your services- Ability to lead discussions, promote design solutions and adapt design practices - convincing through narrative and rigor- Data-driven expertise
