To help our customers with their wishes and needs, we are looking for a Working Student in Customer Success.

Tasks

Your mission is to
- Build trustful relationships with our customers
- Be the face and voice of our products and help our customers with all their needs
- Communicate with our users via EMail, Discord, and other social media channels
- Consult prospective customers and help them to discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
- Capture user feedback & insights and help product management to identify opportunities for improvement
- Dive into issues that customers report and create reproducible bug reports
- Maintain and update our support article database

**Requirements**:
What we expect
- Great communicator with an open and friendly attitude and patience. You genuinely enjoy human interaction and talking to people
- Empathetic and capable of putting yourself in the shoes of our users to understand what motivates them, what annoys them, and what they wish for
- Tech-savvy with a high level of service and customer orientation
- Stress resistance and a very good sense for urgent topics
- A hands-on mentality: you love to tackle new challenges and always want to expand your knowledge and skills
- You are enrolled in a University in Germany
- You have outstanding written and oral communication skills in English; German is not a must

Relevant qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or in a comparable role with intensive customer contact
- Start-up experience - working in a fast-paced iterative and collaborative environment
- Experience in working with agile methodologies
