We’d love to hear from you Join our team as a Facilities and Office Management Working Student This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insights into how we create a productive and welcoming work environment for everyone.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Support facility maintenance and coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, repairs, etc.).
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Contribute to office space planning and desk allocations.
- Provide administrative support for Wooga-wide events.
- Be a go-to person for employees needing assistance with office-related queries.

- A can-do, service-minded attitude — you enjoy helping others and teaching them how to help themselves.
- A positive and proactive mindset — you take initiative and approach challenges with curiosity.
- You see Facilities as a people-first function, focused on enabling great work, not just solving problems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear, confident communication and ease working with people from all backgrounds.
- Interest in office or facilities management, and fluency in German and English.
