You support our team as

Director Strategic & Digital Business Development (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Become the leading part of our Digital Lab and actively shape the digital products and services

Lead and support strategic projects e.g., M&A including PMI

Enhance and further develop our digital transformation roadmap on a global scale

Drive our digital products and services to commercial success

Create diverse and interdisciplinary project teams across the organization to implement strategic projects and digitalization projects

Engage stakeholders on different hierarchical levels, including top management

Inspire the whole organization with regard to the digital transformation

**Qualifications**:
Master or comparable degree

Experience in successfully developing digital products and services

Familiar with the field of e-Commerce, digital customer portals as well as IIoT

Ability to understand and optimize processes and structures

Knowledge about our customer’s industries

Proven success in leading an interdisciplinary team

Analytic mind, ability to define, collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive strategies and actions

Agility is your lifestyle

Flexible, proactive, and independent when it comes to your way of working and confident in communicating with different hierarchical levels

Fluent in German and English language
