**Job Description**:
This role provides an unique opportunity to explore Sustainability and Product Management, collaborating with diverse teams across product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and beyond. By actively contributing to initiatives that create a tangible, meaningful real-life impact, you'll drive progress in both sustainability and product realms, utilising agile methodologies.

**Sustainability Management**
- You collaborate closely with the Sustainability Officer to identify internal and client-facing sustainability initiatives
- You contribute to tasks and initiatives to comply with current EU regulations
- You assist in the preparation of decision templates for senior management
- You communicate and educate internal stakeholders on sustainability matters

**Product Management**
- You support in the Product team in managing their product backlog and defining and clarifying requirements based on customer needs, business goals and regulatory standards
- You collaborate with software engineers to drive day-to-day product development and ensure high-quality releases
- You support backlog refinement, planning and retrospective meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent academic background, preferably in Business Administration, Sustainability Management or related field of studies
- Experience from prior internships in international and dynamic environments is considered a plus
- Passion for sustainability, finance and digital products and willingness to advance these issues
- Ability to work independently across a variety of topics and high level of reliability
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Minimum duration: Two semesters.
- Availability ca. 16-20h / week
