Your tasks
Theory is only gray in gray for you? Bring color into your study life and support us with your know-how. As a member of our team in Frankfurt or Regensburg, you won't be making coffee or copying, but working on exciting projects. You will support us in all aspects of talent management and contribute your ideas. Sometimes you will provide pragmatic support in creating videos, sometimes you will help us launch new approaches and topics such as mentoring.
We are looking for you as an intern (M/F/diverse) starting in September or at a later starting date for a three to six-months mandatory internship (a combination of voluntary and mandatory internship is possible) to support our team in the area of talent management.

You will also work with international colleagues and gain valuable insights into different cultures and parts of the company.
Priceless insights into the following topics await you:
- Talent Management Cycle - You will be actively involved in the preparation and follow-up of the global HR development conferences and other tasks in the annual Talent Management Cycle.
- Leadership Development Programs - You will support us in the design, implementation and evaluation of our global HR and leadership development programs.
- Learning - Create Sharepoints for Learners & Creators in connection to the brand new Automotive Campus, and help spread the word.
- Career Path - You contribute your ideas to the development and design of global career paths and landscapes.
- Diversity - Are you passionate about diversity? Then take an active part in making our working world even more diverse, e.g. by designing new measures
- Diverse strategic and operational tasks - You will also take on your own sub-projects and support day-to-day business in the area of talent management
**Profile**:
- Students of a humanities' field of study, e.g. (business) psychology, economics, pedagogy, business administration, human resources management
- Confident handling of MS Office-programs
- Fluent knowledge of English and German language skills desirable
- Quick comprehension and independence
- Team spirit and communication skills
