We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate **Senior Accountant (M/F/d)**, to join our rapidly growing business full time.

As our Senior Accountant you will use your expertise to increase efficiency in accounting, financial processes, and controls, ensure local (HGB) and US GAAP financial compliance and financial reporting. You will report to the Financial Controller in our Israeli office.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out accounting (HGB and US GAAP), Subledgers and GL transaction processing
- Establish back-office best practices to support long-term growth
- Work with third parties on local annual audits and tax returns
- Collaborate with other groups in the organization, such as HR, Legal, R&D and Product
- Support the group audits
- Undertake the monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Actively participate in local tax related matters, work closely with local tax firms
- Improve financial processes and policies
- Ensure SOX compliance through execution and documentation of controls
- Manage 1-2 persons.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- **Spoken and written fluency in both German and English is a must**:

- Experience with both German GL accounting and tax
- Experience in relevant roles across finance/accounting positions in multinational organizations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Great service awareness
- An enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Well organized with sound problem solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to rapid changes

**DESIRED SKILLS**
- Experience working in a high-tech industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP system
- Experience with HGB financial statement
