What you will do
- Work with internal teams (developers) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
- Study product samples and discussions with product designers and developers
- Gather customers, designers, and manufacturers feedback to improve usability
- Revise documents as new issues arise

What we are looking for
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written
- Higher relevant education degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Software Engineering
- Experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
