Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining several LC-MS systems, ensuring smooth operation of routine laboratory
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with analytical instrumentation
- Evaluation of targeted methods and data interpretation
- Adjusting and updating laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Clear and structured documentation in the Laboratory Information Management System
- Effective time management to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams
- Working in shifts with variable working hours and weekend duties

**Requirements**:
Your Profile
- Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Bioanalytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading a commercial laboratory team of at least 5 people in a commercial setting
- Experience in financial management of a commercial laboratory is a big plus
- Strong expertise in LC-MS techniques (including micro-LC), including troubleshooting, method development and validation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and outside organizations
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency
- Hands-on experience with LIMS and laboratory inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Sciex MS and Shimadzu LCs is a massive plus
- Willing to do shift work and travel.
