Summary For the Area "ATM Engineering" we are looking for a "System Architect Airport Surveillance Radar (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The "ATM Engineering" Area is responsible for the development of air traffic control radars for civil and military use as well as their analysis and optimization with respect to the requirements of our customers worldwide. The "System Architect" understands the customer's requirements and coordinates them, creates concepts and the system architecture on this basis, taking into account all technical aspects. The broad spectrum of tasks and the many interfaces to other disciplines associated with it make for a varied and exciting job. Your Tasks- Coordination of needs and requirements with the customer- Derivation, creation and maintenance of Radar System Requirements- Definition and maintenance of the radar system architecture with the involvement of experts and specialist departments- Consideration of the product idea regarding reusability, scalability as well as use of standardized interfaces- Definition and modeling of the functional architecture- Coordination and definition of the concept for the verification process- Support in the creation and evaluation of verification cases Willingness for occasional business trips to worldwide customers is required.
