Travel & Training Administrator (M/F/d)

**Your mission**:
To join the Cologne Head Office of the school group, with the possibility of alternatively working from either the Munich or the Düsseldorf Rhein-Ruhr campus or remotely, we are looking for a part-time (15 - 25 hours):
**Travel & Training Administrator (M/F/d)**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Booking of travel and training in accordance with internal policies, both nationally and internationally
- First point of contact for all employees, course providers and transportation services for all inquiries concerning travel and training
- Documentation of booking processes
- Invoice verification and approval in collaboration with the financial accounting department

**Your profile**:

- Knowledge and experience in travel and training booking desirable
- IT affinity
- Willingness to build understanding of technical systems and learn new skills
- Fluent command of written and spoken English, German language skills desirable
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and still achieve high-quality results
- Disciplined, with a high degree of accuracy, integrity and work ethics
- Self-motivated and independent
