**International Junior Recruiter**

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to be based in Germany and supporting international recruitment activities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partner with Hiring Managers with a consultative approach and drive processes to move forward
- Enjoy working closely with your international colleagues of the recruitment team
- Ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs, and use of the Applicant Tracking System
- Keep up to date with the market in recruitment and staffing, share information, and implement appropriate best practices

**What do you need for this role**:

- 1 - 2 years of proven track record working as a 360° Recruiter managing multiple roles across a variety of job families
- Experience in owning, maintaining, and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships, including appropriate influencing skills
- Track record of using successful and innovative sourcing strategies as well as recruitment communication channels (social media, job boards, etc.)
- You spark positivity and are able to work effectively (across teams, countries, languages and tools) with colleagues, customers and the network using your expertise, confidence as well as your own style
- You are a team player and have good time-management skills
- **Excellent German and English written & spoken is a must-have for this role, any other language is a plus**
