Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.**What the job looks like** Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: - Assist in developing and implementing GOBS (Global Operations Business Systems) strategies - Coordinate and support cross-functional teams in executing improvement projects - Drive GOBS initiatives by identifying, analyzing, and implementing enhancements to operational processes, reducing inefficiencies, and optimizing resource utilization - Support collaboration with regional teams for consistent operational standards - Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed - Work towards standardizing operational processes globally while considering regional nuances - Manage and oversee operational excellence projects, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and budgets - Explore and integrate innovative technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational processes **What you'll bring to the table** To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: - Minimum of 5-8 years in operational excellence or related roles, with exposure to global/ regional operations preferred - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements on a global scale, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry - Certifications in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) are a plus - Continuous Improvement Mindset: Enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Basic project coordination skills - Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish and German is a plus) **_"In this position you will be able to shape the Global Operational Excellence Framework, implement it across all areas and pace our way to excellence"_** - Jorge Sosa, the Hiring Manager
