**Your Role** - meaningful & rewarding
- Co-develop and execute the Data & AI Strategy for E.ON, aligning it with the global business objectives and sustainability goals, as well as the local targets and ambitions from the various business units, digital and data strategy targets
- Collaborate with senior C-level stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI implementation in various business areas/ segments, i.e. Energy Networks and Energy Retail
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior management on AI-related topics, leveraging your expertise and experience
- Provide data-driven recommendations for tailored Data & AI Strategy implementation roadmaps based on the Data & AI Strategy KPIs and the results of the Data & AI maturity assessments
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of the Data & AI Strategy across the organization
- Identify potential adoption barriers and develop measures to overcome them
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and creation of training programs to support the adoption of the Data & AI Strategy and components defined within the strategic imperatives
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of AI adoption and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, addressing any potential risks and concerns

**Your Profile**- authentic & open-minded
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline)
- Extended years of proven track record of experience in developing and implementing data & AI strategies in a complex organizational environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence decision-making at the senior management level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences and decision makers
- Proven track record of working at a senior level in renowned consulting firms, with a focus on data & AI strategy and implementation
- Excellent understanding of the energy industry and the challenges and opportunities related to the green energy transition
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English and German
