**Business Application Specialist - CRM**

The first company of the deugro group, deugro was founded in 1924 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, by Carl E. Press, Sr. and is today a leading freight forwarder in the field of turnkey projects, heavy lift and special transports on both a national and an international level.The deugro group specializes in several independently operating service areas to ensure the successful handling of the operative business for the deugro group. All supporting functions such as Controlling, Finance, Human Resources, Business Processes and IT, Consolidation, Marketing, and QHSES are consolidated in one entity.

Become a part of our Business Processes and IT team at Hanau, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Business Application Specialist - CRM.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You are part of the global roll out/implementation of CargoWise with a focus on CRM
- Coordinate business requirements from the sales teams to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed to improve processes
- Understand and develop new process across the CRM landscape covering areas such as Tender management, Quoting and Rating
- You will be responsible for analysing and improving existing business processes and creating training for end users
- Dialogue/feedback with end-users providing guiding to efficient system usage
- Handling of incoming incidents including analyse and problem resolution
- Responsibilities also cover system administration, customisations, and the opportunity to participate in a broad range of business projects involving our new TMS CargoWise

**What you can contribute**:
***To be successful in this role, it´s necessary to have practical experience and a deeper understanding of CargoWise.

**Must have**:

- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
- Work experience in ocean freight, transport and logistics
- Experience and understanding of the usage of CargoWise
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness for international travel (60%) and excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
- You effectively work in a cross-functional, global environment with strong communication skills

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in implementing and supporting transport management systems and/or supply chain management solutions
- Experience in sales or CRM tool, as well as in data analytics/ data mapping
- Rate management/pricing experience
