**What you'll do**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student to join our Global Content Office team. This role is ideal for a student who is looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will support the Head of the Content Office with a variety of tasks that are crucial for our day-to-day operations.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Develop PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our strategies and results
- Provide occasional support with calendar management and scheduling
- Assist in the organization and preparation of workshops, including logístical arrangements
- Contribute to other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, German is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous experience in a similar role (internships, part-time jobs) is a plus
