**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing internal audits.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide consultation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes.
- Participate in SOX, Compliance, and M&A projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in an audit environment (audit consulting experience would be nice to have)
- Strong IT and analytical skills. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and familiarity with data analysis techniques are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to analysis and documentation.
- Comfortable working in an international environment, with excellent command of English and proficiency in any Eastern European language (preferably Hungarian) or French.
- Enjoying communication, being hands-on, and working in a team.
- Holding or willing to achieve the Certified Internal Auditor designation and committed to continuous learning.
- Willing to travel up to 40%.
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our office in Poznań or Hamburg._
