In your new role you will:

- **Support project organization and projects **leads across sites **of portfolio for **data driven decisions**:

- **Prepare agendas, document and track content / actions of steering meetings and cluster level activities**:

- **Develop, build and sustain communication & marketing concept **(e.g. intranet, newsletters, internal social media postings and other channels)
- **Report progress and results across sites**:

- **Track internal requests for releases, projects and other relevant processes**:

- **Communicate due dates, timelines and other relevant reminders **to DAD team

When facing a challenge your immediate reaction is to organize the different key players input to keep everyone on the same page. Even for various parallel topics you manage to keep track of what needs to be done and communicate with stakeholders openly. You transform complex information into easily understandable content that you share with a broader public to raise awareness and gain momentum for your teams bigger goals.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Economics, Science or Engineering**:

- **Good knowledge on data and analytics challenges and solutions**:

- Experience in **supporting larger projects**:

- Talent in **creating content **(e.g. posting, newsletters, blogs, vlogs, podcasts, etc.)
- **Fluency in English and German**

The Frontend (FE) Cluster offers a broad range of manufacturing competence specialized in high-quality logic products. The portfolio represents Power, Bipolar, Sensor, Passive and Diode technologies as well as CMOS, RF-CMOS and embedded flash technologies. The manufacturing sites in Dresden, Kulim, Regensburg and Villach are committed to Operational Excellence with strong customer focus.
