**What will you do? You will**
- Inspire, engage, and lead a cultural transformation toward a proactive, empowered HSE culture across all levels of our plant
- Create and deliver training and awareness programs that spark action and ownership in safety, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiency
- Lead initiatives to drive Zero Accidents — protecting the wellbeing of every person on site
- Analyze incidents with a strong focus on learning and prevention, driving meaningful root cause analyses and lasting improvements
- Shape the design and implementation of safe and sustainable solutions for new processes and projects
- Develop and lead initiatives to significantly reduce our environmental footprint, including waste, water use, and emissions
- Champion energy efficiency projects that contribute to our journey toward carbon neutrality
- Continuously improve our HSE management system, ensuring transparency and excellence in reporting and compliance
- Build a network of best practices and foster knowledge-sharing across teams and the wider organization
- Be a visible, trusted, and approachable HSE leader, helping to create a workplace where every person feels empowered to make a difference

**What will you bring?**
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving cultural and organizational change
- Several years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Completed certifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, and Energy Management (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DNREC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
- Excellent knowledge of HSE legal requirements and best practices
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- A true passion for making a difference — for our people, our planet, and the future of our business
