We are looking for a **Director of International Marketing Strategy (all genders)** to join the team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

- Are the key point of contact between the headquarters and our regional marketing leadership teams
- Cascade Delivery Hero strategy while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into global strategy and plans
- Support and ensure marketing Strategy and investment priorities alignment with delivery hero strategy
- Execute value creation and performance acceleration activities supporting our regional / local teams with a strategic sparring yet fully hands-on approach
**Your Mission**:
- You will advise regional/local executive teams across multiple countries providing support in business analysis and operational execution to develop best end to end marketing strategy
- You set and own OKR achievement with the leadership teams in the HQ and regionally
- You drive performance and priorities for marketing in the region across the full marketing mix, brand strategy and activation
- You are working with all Global Marketing functions (i.e.Media, Retention, Research) and with the global COO team.
- You are a key driver and stakeholder in regional / local end to end marketing strategy and investment priorities to achieve sustainable market share growth and build leading and loved brands
- You will we responsible for the growth and performance improvement initiatives with ROI impact
- You will provide senior management with regular performance update and presentations based on multiple data sources
- You are constantly identifying new growth opportunities and define strategies to capture them
- Leverage marketing expertise to support other parts of the business (product, sales etc.)
- You take ownership of global (functional) initiatives to strengthen our marketing strategy and execution.
**Your heroic skills**:
- You studied Marketing, Business or relevant degree
- You have 8+ years experience within marketing or strategy
- You have working knowledge of business analysis and modeling, while possessing a hands-on mentality and execution oriented attitude.
- You are able to tackle complex problems and present them in a clear way
- You have managed significant marketing budgets and have a data driven approach for how best to split these
- You are comfortable influencing at C-Level, especially working with founders
- You speak English fluently
