In the Group HR department, we make a decisive contribution to the company’s success through strategically aligned and professional HR work. As a **working student**, you are a valuable part of our Group HR team and actively support the HR Business Partners in all personnel processes at Bilfinger’s headquarters.

**Your responsibilities**
- Daily support of the HR Business Partners in operational tasks
- Participation in the supervision and selection of apprentices, dual students, trainees, and scholarship holders (talent development)
- Collaboration on exciting HR projects and conceptual special assignments
- Support in the recruitment process - from job posting to hiring
- Organization and administration of day-to-day HR operations
- Contribution to the creation of HR reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Support in organizing and conducting HR events, such as onboarding days or training sessions**Your profile**
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Initial knowledge of labor law and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
- Structured and conscientious working style
- Initiative, flexibility, and high level of commitment
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent English skills required
