**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Core Positioning**:As a strategic HR bridge connecting corporate strategy and European operations, you will:
- Form a “Strategy-Execution” golden partnership with the Germany HRD
- Provide dedicated support to high-growth business units in Germany
- Leverage your success experience in internationalizing Chinese enterprises to drive business growth
**Key Responsibilities**:
**【**Regional Strategy Execution**】**
- Decode and implement corporate HR strategies locally
- Lead HR health assessments for Germany business units
- Drive the development of regional talent pools
**【**Business Growth Enablement**】**
- Provide deep support to sales/R&D departments
- Lead the acquisition of mission-critical talent
**【**Collaborative Management**】**
- Establish bi-weekly joint meetings with the Germany HRD
- Regularly participate in coordination meetings hosted by the HRD to facilitate communication with headquarters.
- Conduct joint leadership assessments
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proficient in business-oriented HR solutions
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with working proficiency in German (frequent reporting to regional leadership and occasional direct reporting to HQ required)
- Experienced in matrix management
- Background in HRBP roles in high-growth markets
