- **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the IT environment and have already been able to gain two or three years of professional experience with IT solutions training
- Ideally, you have already been able to gain work experience in e-commerce and had touch points with TB.One or a comparable middleware/PIM
- You have a good knowledge of computer programs such as ERP, PIM, Merchandise Management systems and MS Office
- Initial knowledge of Jira, Confluence or Salesforce would be beneficial
- You are characterized by your confident and authentic appearance combined with a high degree of customer orientation, communication skills and social competence
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working help you to deal with customers
- Fluent German and English skills round off your profile

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You are responsible for the conception and realization of trainings via webinar or on-site at our national and international customers
- Internally, you take responsibility for the initial product training as part of new hire onboarding
- You are responsible for creating new training modules
- Your tasks will include the development and implementation of optimization measures and the associated project management
- You act as a competent partner and support by promoting company-wide knowledge transfer and identifying gaps
