To further extend our Operations team we are looking for new like-minded and performance-oriented teammates. As Associate Operations you contribute to achieving operational excellence on a day-to-day basis and ensure the continuity of the CRX Marketplace. As an independent problem solver, you are happy to face new challenges and always work ‘hands-on’ towards tangible solutions. **Your Role**: - Manage the CRX Marketplace ensuring a timely and flawless execution of daily financing processes and coordinate our external partners and service providers to achieve operational excellence - Manage the issuance, settlement, and payment flow for our securities - Onboard new customers onto the CRX Marketplace and be responsible for KYC and anti-money-laundering checks - Support our heterogeneous and international customer base in the usage of the CRX products - Perform reporting, data processing and analytics tasks to support management decision making - Take over projects to improve processes and contribute to the enhancement of the product offering - Closely collaborate with our Capital Markets, Account Management, Sales and Legal teams **Your Profile**: - First relevant practical experience in banking, financial services, FinTech or a finance-oriented area are of advantage - Motivated and collaborative team player who supports us in reaching team and company goals - Self-responsible and diligent way of working - Entrepreneurial way of thinking and hands-on mentality - Excitement for disruptive and digital business processes - IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office apps - Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation or Low Code tools (e.g., UiPath or MS Power Apps) are advantageous - Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus **Our Offer**: This position provides the opportunity to become part of a diverse, international team in a high-paced Fintech environment.
